Exercise your withdrawal rights / Exercer votre droit de rétractation
You can notify Terra Australis Technical that you wish to withdraw from a qualifying consumer distance-sale contract, without giving a reason, within the applicable statutory period. Usually this is 14 days after receipt of the goods. Exceptions apply to certain genuinely personalised products, but a standard catalogue product made after ordering is not automatically exempt.
Send your notice by email to steve@terraaustralistechnical.com with your name, order/quote reference, products concerned and a clear statement that you withdraw. You may use any unambiguous statement; no specific wording is required. A web form will also be available when the updated website theme is published.
