Returns & Warranty

Returns, withdrawals and warranty support

Terra Australis Technical is based in France. We respect the mandatory consumer rights that apply to eligible purchases in the customer's country and do not exclude statutory remedies.

Change of mind and cancellation

For qualifying EU consumer distance purchases, a statutory withdrawal period of generally 14 days from receipt of the goods applies, subject to specific legal exceptions. The fact that a product is built after you order does not automatically remove this right. Truly personalised or made-to-specification goods may be treated differently where the law permits. We will explain any relevant exception before you commit to a confirmed quotation.

For UK customers, applicable UK consumer cancellation rules and exceptions will be respected.

Wrong, damaged or faulty item

If your item is faulty, damaged in transit or not as described, contact us promptly with your order details and photographs if available. We will coordinate with the supplier and help arrange the appropriate statutory remedy and any applicable manufacturer's warranty claim. Manufacturer warranties are additional to consumer rights, not a replacement for them.

Exercise your legal right of withdrawal / Rétractation

Submit a withdrawal notice online / Exercer votre droit de rétractation en ligne. You may also use a clear written notice sent to steve@terraaustralistechnical.com. You do not need Terra's authorisation before exercising an eligible statutory withdrawal right, and submitting the online notice is free of charge. We acknowledge online notices and respond with the appropriate return/refund instructions.

Returning your item

Contact Terra for the correct return address and customs procedure before posting an international parcel. Where permitted by consumer law, direct return postage for a change-of-mind withdrawal is borne by the buyer only when this was clearly disclosed before the purchase. Mandatory nonconformity remedies are not affected.

This page is an overview; your statutory rights and the terms confirmed before purchase remain applicable.
